Flow through a 45-minute Pilates class surrounded by a Porsche car display, before spending the rest of the morning enjoying live wellness stations including caviar bites, acai bowls, matcha, and signature F&F favourites and a few little luxuries along the way.

🏁 DRIVE AND — The Porsche Edition Our friends at Drive And are bringing their automotive world to F&F, together with a curated group of Porsche owners and cars, to transform The Arches into the ultimate backdrop for your morning flow.

🏨 PILATES AT THE MURRAY — The Setting We’re taking over The Arches at The Murray, one of Hong Kong’s most iconic five-star hotels, for a beautiful open-air Pilates experience in the heart of the city.

🖤 KAVIARI — Caviar Tarts A little touch of indulgence. Guests will enjoy bite-sized caviar tarts crafted with exceptional caviar from Kaviari, the renowned Parisian caviar house with over 50 years of expertise, trusted by Michelin-starred chefs and five-star hotels worldwide.

🍓 OUSIA WELLNESS BAR — Flow & Friends Strawberry Matcha A Flow & Friends event wouldn’t be complete without our signature matcha. Ousia Wellness Bar will be popping up with a live matcha station, freshly making our signature Flow & Friends Strawberry Matcha using Brut Tea’s signature Matcha Powder — refined sugar-free, naturally sweetened and made to order.

🍓 APEX LABS — Live Açaí Bar Post-Pilates fuel, sorted. Apex Labs will be serving freshly made açaí bowls from their live station for the perfect refreshing treat after your flow.

💧 ICELANDIC WATER — Hydration Stay refreshed throughout the morning with Icelandic Glacial Water, bringing premium Iceland’s hydration to every guest.
